Tanda Teaser 35 - All Of A Piece!!!

Good morning........Sheila here.
Sorry I am a bit late posting the new challenge today......I overslept...lol!!!
Anyway the challenge today is to make a card using just one piece of patterned paper to make all your layers and embellishments.
You may add other things such as brads, ribbons etc but the main focus of the card should be things made from just the one sheet of paper .
I have used a paper called Sweet For You by Around The Block and have added two layers to a white card blank. I have then stamped and embossed two flowers, punched a daisy for a centre and then fixed them together with a brad. I also added an edging of silver lines.
Enjoy

Tanda Teaser 34 - Toy Box Treasures

Hello and welcome to the Tanda Teaser challenge again this week! Firstly I would like to thank everyone who joined in last week's challenge on and off the Forum! We had some stunning work shared with us and Sheila totally rocked the challenge with her gorgeous examples!

This week the challenge is called .........'Toy Box Treasures'. I would like you to join me and make a piece of work using something you would find in a child's toy box. Once again it gives you a huge scope .....cars, trains, aeroplanes, soldiers, bikes, skateboards, kites, dolls, teddies, little ducks etc. etc. The list is endless!

There are no restrictions on what is made or materials used to make it, use any stamps in your collection - just use our theme as a starting point and share your wonderful creations. Post your project on your blog and mention the Tanda Teaser with a link. Then leave a comment with the static link to your direct post.

My example card is for my Grand Son using the Tanda Stamp Mini's - Boys Set 1.

Warm Wishes

The Tanda Teaser - An Exciting New Challenge!

A big hello to all you card makers who enjoy a challenge!! Today I am here to tell you about a new weekly blog challenge that starts this Wednesday. Members of the Tanda Design Team will be taking turns on setting the challenge each week - the name we have for the challenge is the 'Tanda Teaser'!

We have been enjoying weekly Card Challenges on the Tanda Forum for some time and thought it would be great to open our challenges up to blog land too, enabling more people to participate in sharing their work.

The challenge will run as most challenges do with no restrictions on what is made or materials used to make it - just use our idea as a starting point and share your wonderful creations. Post your project on your blog and mention the Tanda Teaser with a link. Then leave a comment with the static link to your direct post.

To kick the Tanda Teaser off we are setting a challenge for you today - the theme is 'A Shining Example' use anything that shines on your card. That could be a a metallic embellishment, brads, eyelets, mirror card, acetate, embossing - it is entirely your choice!

This is my example for the challenge and I have used red shiny eyelets in the corners of the topper, holding a piece of acetate over the top of my work. Stamps used to create this card are from the Tanda Stamp Valentine Set 1.

All that is left to say now is have fun with it and don't forget to come back on Wednesday when Sheila Oliver will be setting the challenge and sharing some of her inspiring work!

warmest wishes
